AIMS

1 . To help nurses develop ability to cooperate and coordinate with members of the health team in the prevention of diseases, promotion of health and rehabilitation of the sick.

2 . To prepare nurses with a sound educational program in nursing to enable them to function as efficient members of health team, beginning with the competence first level position in all kind of health care system.

OBJECTIVES

1 . Apply problem solving techniques in nursing practice.

2 . Participate as member of health team in delivery of curative, preventing, promotive and rehabilitative health care services.

3 . Mobilize community resources and their involvement in working with the communities.

4 . Demonstrate basic skill in administration and leadership while working with other members of the health team and community.

5 . Work effectively with members of health team and community applying the knowledge of human relations and communication skills in her work.
